New main sewer

The pictures show the laying of new main sewer from Svalbard Airport.

This was part of the new pipeline facilities in the constraction of new terminal building.  Spitsbergen VVS AS had a contract with Skanska Norway of around NOK 6.000.000,- and our job was to establish heat, sanitation and sprinklers.

Construction work started in June 2006, and was completed in November 2007.

Laying of the main sewer was carried out in collaboration with the Norwegian Coast Gard in March 2007, and that day it was -21°C.
